1 Brief Introduction

Application
This thermal analyzer is mainly used in the foundry industry for rapid detection
and analysis of hot metal components.
The thermal analyzer can be operated by connecting the power supply, sample cup and the support holder. Pour the molten iron to be measured into the sample cup and the thermal analyzer can automatically measure the carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, carbon equivalent CEL of the molten iron within 2 to 3 minutes.
Thermal analyzer has the characteristics of fast, simple and accurate, and should play a greater role in controlling the quality of casting production.


Characteristics
The thermal analyzer works using scientific evaluation methods and can automatically determine the main metallurgical parameters of gray and white cast iron.
The thermal analyzer is easy to operate and measurement data can be easilyread from the LED display even in dim light.
